TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2023 By Teresia Waceere Maina, of P.O. Box 2250, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduta Kimani, who died at Itabua, on 21st August, 2015. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2023 By Andrine Gaturi Nyaga, of P.O. Box 599-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nyaga Njagi, who died at PCEA Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on Sth April 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
