E223 OF 2023 By Elias Owino Ndolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winifred Saada Ndolo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. 292 OF 2023 By Milcah Atieno Adera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Odera Odende, who died on 14th November, 2013. CAUSE No. E344 OF 2023 By Alice Atieno Onyango, , the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexsander Were Obilo, who died at Nyalgunga Sub-location, on 25th July, 1977. CAUSE NO. E382 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Akoth Onyango and (2) Claris Auma Okeyo, both of P.O. Box 348, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jefitha Ongonga alias Jephitha Ongong’a, who died at Ramula, on 2nd July, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
