TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 324 OF 2023 By Rebecca Jeptanui Mabwai, of P.O. Box 30, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kibor Mabwai alias Samuel Kibor Mabwai, late of Emkwen, who died at Moi Teaching and Rederral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th June, 2018. CAUSE NO. 334 OF 2023 By (1) Gilbert Kiprotich Keter and (2) Sammy Kirwa Keter, both of P.O. Box 6653, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipketer Ngisirei, who died at Leseru, on 4th September, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
