TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 19th October, 2023 CASE No. E!06 OF 2023 By (1) Herman Mundara Gichuki and (2) Mary Njeri Maina, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wambare Maina, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2023 By Lucy Wanjiru Mburu, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyaga Kamwenji, who died at Maela Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
