TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E112 OF 2023 By (1) Stanley Njenga Njoroge and (2) Stanley Mburu Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 120, Limum in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 12th February, 1984. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By (1) Catherine Nyambura Karanja, (2) Hottensia Wambuku Karanja and (3) Jane Wanjiru Karanja, all of P.O. Box 432, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Miinge Kangethe, who died at Gatimi Sub-location, on 20th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
