E96 OF 2023 By (1) Francis Macharia Kamengere and (2) Jacinta Wangari Kamau, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamengere Kamau alias Kimunyu Kamau, who died on 14th October, 1982. CAUSE No. E121 OF 2023 By Simon Wachira Gachengo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Mbogo, who died at Kamagoko, Kairo Sub-location, on 22nd July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Julia Njoki Warirah, of P.O. Box 42397, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Warirah, who died at Buruburu, on 17th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
