TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Gathonjia Wanyoike and (2) Eunice Wanjiku Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wanyoike Mwenda alias Wanyoike Mwenda alias Wanyoike Mwenda “B”, who died at Kiratina on 11th November, 1996. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2023 By Anne Muthoni Nduati, of P.O. Box 1833—00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwihaki Nduati, who died at Gititu- Kiratina, on 7th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
