TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 450 OF 2022 By (1) Fredrick Kere Bolo and (2) Simon Ipiyo Bolo, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Odia, who died on 10th July, 1987. CAUSE NO. 206 OF 2023 By Stephen Onyonge Osimbo, of P.O. Box 179, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osimbo Osimbo, who died at Okana, on 13th J anuary, 1994, CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2023 By (1) Hellen Adhiambo Odaro and (2) George Omala, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Odera Omalla alias Odero Omala, who died on 14th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
