CAUSE NO. E568 OF 2023 By Jane Auma Kobe, of P.O. Box 551, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gaya Kobe, who died at Kogweno Oriang Sub- location, on 3rd July, 1996. CAUSE NO. E641 OF 2023 By Hesbon Onyango Odida, of P.O. Box 113, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Migeke Auma, who died at Upper Kodhoch Sub- location, on 8th October, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
