TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 279 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Akinyi Otieno and (2) Beatrice Judith Awino Otieno, both of P.O. Box 10-40400, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Otieno Okumu, who died at Wasweta | Sub-location, on 15th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2023 By (1) Emanuel Makabwa Mwita and (2) Makabwa Mwita Wambura, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwita Wambura Bigoro, who died at Sanchawa Sub-location, on 15th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2023 By Nyambari Mwita Wambura, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tambana Wambura, who died at Sanchawa Sub-location, on 22nd November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
