TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Kipkirui Ronoh and (2) John Kipsang Kosgei, both of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungot Kipkoske Koe alias Kipkoske arap Koe, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2023 By David Kibet Ngetich, of P.O. Box 46, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkeiyo arap Tuei, who died at Chebtebes, Lelaitich, on 14th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
