TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 19th October, 2023 CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By (1) Rebeca Tuitoek Kiptigin and (2) Joshua Kipkoech Kiptigin, both of P.O. Box 43-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Kiptigin Chelimo, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Paul Kiptoo Mitei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemitei Chelimo, who died at Mogotio, on 10th May, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
