TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Joel Ndunda Mbuvi and (2) Brigid Nduku Joel, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zipporah Mueni Nthokoi, who died at Mbukani, on 15th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) Augustus Kimeu Ndundu and (2) Sussy Mukethe Kimeu, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Kavee Wambua, who died at Nairobi South Hospital, on 11th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
