TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E265 OF 2023 By Hellen Beatrice Akinyi Otuko, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Grace Otuko, who died on 10th August, 2023. CAUSE No. E267 OF 2023 By Consolata Akello Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George E. P. Otieno, who died on 30th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel OdhiamboYuya and (2) Mary Akinyi Otieno, both of P.O. Box 64, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Yuya Mukoye, who died on 8th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
