TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By Leah Wanjiru Wachira, of P.O. Box 3218, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Wachira Ringu alias Reuben Wachira Ring’u, who died at Kabiti, on 20th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2023 By (1) Simon Kamande Mwangi and (2) Joseph Kamande Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 3, Saba Saba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Gacheru, who died at St. Mulumba Hospital in Kneya, on 28th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
