TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 oF 2023 By Bakari Mohamed Abdulrehman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Abdulrehman, who died at Langoni, on 10th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By Ghamar Saad Ahmed, of P.O. Box 16044-00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salem Saad Ahmer, who died in Tanzania, on 26th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
