TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Rottiken and (2) Francis Kirapash, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kolieken ole Kamoshe, who died at St. Joseph Rift Valley Hospital in Kenya, on 18th January, 2022. CAUSE No. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Lilian ene Nagok and (2) Ruparen ole Nagol, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naitokoko ole Nagoli, who died at Narok County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
