TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Daniel Kibii Kurui and (2) Lina Jerotich Kipkirong, both of P.O. Box 117, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkirong Chesaina, who died at Kaptalamwa, on 11th August, 1967. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2023 By (1) Salina Jelimo Ayabei and (2) Respa Jebiwot Ayabei, both of P.O. Box 6210-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micheal Kipkorir Ayabei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
