TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2023 By (1) Ruth Kalya and (2) Mary Jepkorir Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap kalya alias Chepkwony Kalya, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2023 By (1) Paulina Chepkurui Mesis and (2) Stephen Mutai, both of P.O. Box 140-20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Mesis, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
