Box 95613-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frank Tololwa Kitao, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2016. CAUSE No. E141 OF 2023 By (1) Dama Hezron Kithi and (2) Richard Mwangiri Chai, both of P.O. Box 182, Ribe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chai Sadaka Katama, who died at Kinunguna, on 13th August, 2012.
