TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2023 By (1) Caroline Wanja Mbuba and (2) Mary Njoki Miringu, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Miringu Kaigoya, who died at Mpeketoni, on 4th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By (1) Ramadhani Mwikandi Herya and (2) Salim Mwagwama Baya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herya Ndago Herya, who died at Mazeras, on 31st December, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
