TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E444 oF 2023 By Patrick Owendho Obiero, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obiero Bondo alias Gilbert Okwach Obiero, who died at Kandalo, on 15th October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E486 OF 2023 By (1) Rijina Aluoch Nyumba and (2) Paul Otieno Nyumba, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nyumba Rende, who died on 26th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
