TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2023 By Amos Ondele Achan, of P.O. Box 70, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Amolo, who died at East Kanyadwera, on 2nd September, 1994. CAUSE No. E528 OF 2023 By Ibrahim Orengo Ominde, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justo Rombo Ominde, who died at Korando “A”, on 20th December. 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
