CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2023 By (1) Teresa Omulo Oruko and (2) Mary Adhiambo Omulo, in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omulo Odiyo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th January, 2021. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Onyando Ngoye, who died on 12th November, 1996. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Odongo Okumu alias Odongo Okumu, who died on 4th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. E488 OF 2023 By Alfred Minange Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Onyango Minange alias Onyango Minange, who died at Korando “B”, on 23rd July, 1994, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
