TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E521 OF 2023 By Hendrica Ajiambo Wafula, of P.O. Box 14-50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anicetus Wafula Euko, who died at Bugengi Sub-location, on 4th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E522 OF 2023 By Michael Omukai Emodo, of P.O. Box 923-50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedicto Emodo Omukai, who died at Alomodoi Sub-location, on 21st June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
