Box 60837-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wahu Gichuhi, who died at Kanjai, Giathaini, Githunguri, on 17th October, 2017. CAUSE No. E600 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Ngatha Kimani and (2) Evans Kamau Kimani, both of P.O. Box 446, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Gachura, who died at Gitombo, Kiratina, on 15th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. E607 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Gatuku and (2) Anne Wanjiku Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 134-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Kiberenge Mwaura, who died on 4th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E618 OF 2023 By Nyambura Waweru, of P.O. Box 104, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Waweru Kuria, who died at Mwiki, on 2nd January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
