TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2023
By (1) Julius Nzivo Kaleli and (2) Josephine Mueni Kaleli, both of
P.O. Box 33-90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaleli Mwatu Kitulya, who died at Embui, Machakos, on 6th July, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
