TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By (1) Munyiva Nzeki Ndeto and (2) Samuel Mutiso Mbithi, both of P.O. Box 1933-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngunga Nguyo Masembe, who died on 26th May, 1996.
