E54 OF 2023 By Mukula Kiema, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiema Mukula alias Kiema Mukula Nzima alias Kiema Mukula Nzami, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2000. CAUSE No. E6} OF 2023 By Soma Kakii Mutui, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakii Kaseme alias Kakii Kaseme Syati, who died at Kasanga Sub-location, on | 1th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
