Box 918, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Oyugi Okola, who died at Obambo Sub-location, on 18th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E376 OF 2023 By Peter Odumo Achola, of P.O. Box 42, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochola Oduor Ogira alias Achola Oduol, who died at Ndori Sub-location, on 17th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E403 OF 2023 By (1) Vitalis Omondi Ragul and (2) William Odhiambo Ragul, both of P.O. Box 49572-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Ragul Apiyo alias Joanes Ragul, who died at Bar Osimbo Sub- location, on 2nd November, 1991. CAUSE No. E414 OF 2023 By Barack Otieno Oduol, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Warm Oduol alias Gabriel Warom Oduol, who died at Nango Gong Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1991. CAUSE No. E415 OF 2023 By (1) Nereya Odhola and (2) Laura Ochieng Onyango, the deceased’s stepmother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apollo Okoth Onyango, who died at Ojwando B Sub-location, on 9th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
