TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: A9iZ THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd November, 2023 CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2023 By (1) Anderson Charo Kadhengi and (2) Kanze Gona Katana, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadhengi Katana Kadhengi alias Kathengi Katana Kathengi, who died on 8th January, 2016. CAUSE No. E161 OF 2023 By Zainab Mbeyu Hamisi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Shikari Ngumbao alias Shikari N. Kaingu, who died on 28th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. 1.
