TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2023 By (1) Naomi Njeri Njoroge, (2). Mary Antony Wangu and (3) Christopher Boniface Kinuthia Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 12568-00400, Nairobi in Kenya,for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Regina Wanjiku Githii, who died at Ikinu, Githunguri, on 9th February, 2018. CAUSE No. 102 OF 2023 By (1) Paulina Wanjiru Njau and (2) Beatrice Wanjiku Kihara, both of P.O. Box 8802-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mburu Mbugua, who died at Kanjai, Riamute, on 25th February, 2021. CAUSE NO, 121 OF 2023 By (1) Muchiri Mbugua and (2) Stephen Ndichu Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 8802-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Wangui Mbuguah alias Anne Wangui Mbugua, who died at Kiairia, Kamakiru, on 21st December, 2020. The Court wil! proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
