TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E46 OF 2023 By (1) Everline Chepkesis Psenjen and (2) Joshua Kipyegon Psenjen, both of P.O. Box 300, Kapsokwony in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nakamet Psenjen, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th April, 2018. CAUSE No. E55 OF 2023 By Khaemba John Wangila Namaswa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Khaemba Namaswa alias Jonathan Khaemba, who died at Kitayi Sub-location, on ist January, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
