TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2020 By (1) Apelista Aoko Odhier and (2) Benard Ouma Osore, both of P.O. Box 42, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cloepas Osore Okhuya, who died on 4th April, 1994. 3rd November, 2023 CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2023 By Mary Atikinyi Atundo, of P.O. Box 901-50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khakhubi Shikuku Ewaluma alias Khakhubi Faluma, who died on 26th September, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
