Box 14, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwanda Otipa, who died on 6th December, 1978. CAUSE No. E169 OF 2023 By Bruno Simbauni Indimuli, of P.O. Box 15-50117, Koyonzo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Indimuli Simbauni alias Zachary Simbauni, who died on 13th August, 1980. CAUSE No. E170 OF 2023 By Hassan Lutta Bukhebi, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adam Bukhebi Lutta alias Adam Bukhebi Luta, who died on 12th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2023 By (1) Lorraine Mukami Mbae, of P.O. Box 40, Chuka in Kenya and (2) Doreen Kawira Mbae, of P.O. Box 142, Chogoria in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Angalwa Lubale Nyanje, who died on 2nd January, 2020. CAUSE No. E174 OF 2023 By (1) Juliana Nechesa Maliba, (2) Jane Mariba and (3) Beatrice Ajiambo Maliba, all of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Maliba Maroko, who died on 16th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
