TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2023 By Jumwa Kazungu Mwazani, of P.O. Box 1548-80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwazani Nzovu alias Mwazani Nzovu, who died at Tezo, Kilifi, on 27th July, 2010. CAUSE No. E193 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Katana Ngari and (2) Charity Harusi Katana, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Katana Ngari, who died at Kilifi, on 3rd June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
