TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Wilson Mwangi Gathuna and (2) Charles Kangangi Kathumbi, both of P.O. Box 17, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wambura Karinga alias Esther Kiringa, who died at OLL Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Mwanaisha Mutinda Musyoki, of P.O. Box 6-60105, Karaba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sofia Nyokabi Gabriel alias Sabina Gabriel, who died at Whiterose Medical Centre, on 22nd March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
