TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court ™ CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2023 By Dominick Njagi, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Kathanju, who died at Siakago Sub-location, on Sth June, 1986. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2023 By Felista Wahito Kimani, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mungai Ngoru, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 27th August, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
