TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 3rd November, 2023 CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2019 By Richard Omulama Munala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omulama Munala alias Omulama Munala, who died at Esirulo Sub-location, on 15th October, 2003. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2023 By Edward Alfred Miheso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabbriel Miheso alias Oponyo Miheso, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 30th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
