TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Peter Tembula Muyodi, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Neriko Muyodi, who died at Kajei Sub-location, on 12th May, 1975. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Leonida Aato Ikomol, of P.O. Box 68, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Ikomol Osere, who died at Ikapolok Sub-location, on 9th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
