Box 241-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Joshua Odongo Miriandhe alias Odongo Miriandhe, who died on 22nd December, 2007. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2023 By Elisha Aoko Agunda, of P.O. Box 40-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Pamela Akinyi Agunda, who died on 7th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
