CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2023 By (1) Adonijah Opiyo Owuoche and (2) Joseph Nyandema Owuoche, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Owuoche Nyanyuma, who died at Masala, on [5th May, 2003. CAUSE No. E165 OF 2023 By Wiilys Onyango Odeyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yonna Odeyo Owiti alias Yonna Odeyo, who died at Kokiri, on 23rd September, 1997.
