TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E38 OF 2023 By (1) David Kipkosgei Kirong and (2) Rospela Chepkering Tiltai, both of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobot Jesanga Tiltai alias Kobot Jesanga, who died at Chepkoiyo, on Sth July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
