E44 oF 2023 By Bakari Mohamed Abdulrehman, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mohamed Abdulrehman, who died at Langoni, on 10th May, 2013. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2023 By (1) Abdiwajid Ali Bashir and 920 Dahib Ali Bashir Mohamed, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Mohamed Sheikh Ali, who died at Mandera, on [9th April, 1986. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2023 By Zuhura Yassin Mohamed, of P.O. Box 12489-00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yassin Mohamed alias Mohamed Yassin alias Mohammed Yasin, who died at Kibera, Makina, on 29th October, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
