THE KADHI’S COURT AT KITUI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Maryam Juma, of P.O. Box 810-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Salim, who died at Manyengo, Kitui, on 12th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By Lordy Yusuf Juma, of P.O. Box 97577-80112, Makupa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibibi Mustafa, who died at Changwithya Location, on 4th April, 1977. THE KENYA GAZETTE ard November, 2023 representation of the estates of the persons named in the second columin of the Schedule hereto who died on the dates set forth against their aames. And further take notice that the objections in the prescribed form to any of the aforesaid applications are invited and must be Jodged in this regisiry within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice, the court shall proceed to make the respective grants of representation as prayed or make such other order
