TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2023 By (1) Daniel Towett and (2) Simon Towett, both of P.O. Box 19- 20400, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Kipmolel Sitien, who died at Olngoswet, Longisa, on 5th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By (1) David Kipchirchir Maiywa, (2) Philiph Kiprotich Maiywa and (3) Rebecca Chepkirui Sitienei, all of P.O. Box 363, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimaiywa Sitienei alias William Kimaiywa Sitienei, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 8th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
