TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2022 By Lenard Kasembeli Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Efumbi Walela Nganga alias Efumbi Walera, who died at East Bukusu Location, on.2nd August, 1982. CAUSE No. E59 OF 2023 By Emily Nangila Mwanja, for a-grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas, Wanyama Wamusi alias Cleophas Wanyama, who died at Marakaru, on-6th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
