TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Mulei Matheka, (2) Regina Ngii Mbingu and (3) Rose Mbeke Mulei, all of P.O. Box 458, Kamuthanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matheka Ndambuki alias Matheka Mbingu, who died at Kamuthanga, on 2nd July, 1984. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Musau Kioko, (2) Timothy Ndolo Kioko, (3) Alice Mbithe Mutuku and (4) Mary Mumbua Kioko, all of P.O. Box 845- 90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kioko Musau, who died at Kiima Kimwe, on 22nd December, 2022. CAUSE No. E161 OF 2023 By (1) Domitila Nditivu Nthuku and (2) Patricia Kaveni Nzini, both of P.O. Box 50-90100, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutave Nthuku Mutiso, who died at Ndithini, on 29th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
