Box 280-10204, Kiria-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Njeri Gioche alias Gathere Gioche, who died at Murang’a Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2007. CAUSE No. E143 OF 2023 By David Wanguhu Gakore, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oreste Gakure Karuri, who died at Kangema, on 14th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
