TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By George Kinyobwa Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Juma Kanyambwa alias Pitalis Juma Kanyambwa alias Fitalis Juma Kanyambwa, who died on 29th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. El OF 2023 By Salome Atieno Oleche, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oleche Obange Winga, who died on 10th October, 1994. CAUSE No. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Erick Odhiambo Rayor and (2) Chepkoech Ruto, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ochieng Rayori, who died on 20th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Sigu Elijah Onyango, of P.O. Box 29-40107, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Sigu Ondiegi, who died on Ist July, 2001. CAUSE No. E18 OF 2023 By Rose Achieng Ojwang, of P.O. Box 474, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Okoth Ochieng alias Pitalis Okoth, who died at Sidho East II, on Sth April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
